- Stock availability
We do not offer automatic free shipping. Shipping costs are always displayed transparently before you confirm your order.

Shipping Process

We process your order within 2-5 business days before shipping.
3. Shipping
Once shipped, you will receive:

4. Delivery
The carrier will attempt delivery at the specified address. If you are not available:
- They will leave a notice in your mailbox
- You can pick it up at the office or convenience point
- They will contact you to reschedule delivery

You can check the status of your order:

- Tracking number: Use the provided link
- My account: Access your customer area on our website
- Contact: Write to us with your order number
About International Tracking
Tracking your order may show different stages:
- Processing: Preparing the order
- In international transit: The package is on its way
- In customs: Import procedures (if applicable)
- Out for local delivery: Final delivery
Note: It is normal for tracking not to update for several days while the package is in international transit. Don’t worry, your order is on its way.

We primarily ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands).
Availability by Zone
Shipping availability may vary by product:
- Mainland Spain: Available for all products
- Balearic Islands: Available (cost calculated at checkout)
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Available depending on the product (check at checkout)
- Other destinations: Check availability by contacting support
Important Considerations
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
- Additional customs procedures may apply
- Local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) are the customer’s responsibility

Note: Shipping availability is automatically verified when you enter your address at checkout. If a product cannot be shipped to your area, we will inform you before confirming the order.
Packaging and Protection
All products are shipped in:

- Protective material (bubble wrap, paper)

- “Fragile” label if applicable
Hookahs and glass accessories include additional protection to prevent breakage during transport.
